Knight Farm currently owns more than 20,000 mu of mechanized modern pastures. Through the scientific planting of silage and alfalfa, and large-scale modern sprinkler irrigation, it provides high-quality and safe pasture for dairy cows while achieving modern agricultural economic benefits; two farms covering more than 900 mu have been built in Zhandanzao Suomu, Dalad Banner, Ordos, far from industrial pollution. These farms house 5,000 modern dairy cows, and there are plans to invest in the construction of a 10,000-head high-quality dairy cattle breeding demonstration base within 5 years, with supporting planting of more than 30,000 mu of large-scale pastures, achieving economies of scale and industrialization. In terms of dairy processing, the company owns a leading domestic modern milk powder production line. The milk powder packaging workshop uses a 300,000-level cleanroom that meets GMP standards, with a daily output of up to 30 tons of high-quality raw milk powder; at the same time, the company has introduced a complete set of cheese production lines and technologies from APV in Denmark. Combining 18 years of valuable cheese production experience, the cheddar cheese and processed cheese produced have a pure taste and have been unanimously praised by professionals; yogurt, beverages, pasteurized milk, and ice cream series products have been recognized by consumers for their high product quality and good corporate reputation, with sales increasing significantly year by year. While developing, the company actively introduces and implements advanced world management concepts and methods, and passed ISO9001-2000 international quality management system certification in 2012.
