The ranch is located in Zhandanzao Sumu, Dalad Banner, Ordos City, situated in the prime dairy farming area at 40 degrees north latitude. Its superior geographical location and convenient transportation make it particularly suitable for dairy cattle farming.

Knight Ranch began construction in early 2008 and commenced operations that same year. From its initial hundreds of cows and several barns, it has grown to encompass 14 standardized barns, 2 DeLaval parallel milking parlors, a herd of 3000 cows, a daily fresh milk production of over 30 tons, and an annual output value exceeding 50 million, establishing itself as a large-scale ranch.

The fresh milk produced by the ranch is primarily sold to Mengniu and Yili, major dairy companies, after meeting the needs of dairy production. To guarantee product quality from the source, Knight Ranch has designed and implemented a full industrial chain development model encompassing farming, ranching, and dairy processing and sales. Through leasing and land transfer, the ranch has gradually developed over 10,000 mu of forage planting bases, primarily cultivating alfalfa, corn, silage corn, and oats as cattle feed. This not only addresses the basic forage needs of dairy cattle farming and reduces costs, but also enables the return of composted and fermented manure to the fields, achieving harmless treatment of manure and sewage while supplementing the farmland with rich organic matter. This aligns with national environmental protection requirements and achieves a virtuous ecological cycle. Knight Ranch's integrated farming and ranching model is maturing, and its comprehensive benefits are gradually becoming apparent.
